What we collect
When you contact us through this website we collect your name, email address and, where you provide them, your phone number, organisation, enquiry type, message and any CV or resume you choose to upload.
Why we collect it
Your information is used solely for recruitment and talent advisory purposes: responding to your enquiry, discussing roles or hiring needs, and, with your consent, representing you to a prospective employer.
How documents are stored
Uploaded CVs are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a private document store that is never publicly accessible. Only CS Consultive can access them, through short-lived secure links.
Confidentiality
We never share your details or your CV with a third party without your explicit consent. Every conversation with CS Consultive is treated as confidential.
Retention and removal
We keep enquiry records and CVs only as long as they remain relevant to our work with you. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing admin@csconsultive.com.au.
