Her background includes eight years in clinical research and patient recruitment at Linear Clinical Research, followed by professional recruitment roles supporting healthcare, medical and legal clients. Having worked within global clinical research environments and innovative Australian organisations, she understands that successful hiring is about far more than matching skills to a position, it’s about culture fit, alignment, trust and long‑term partnership.
